About the event

Join a guided tractor tour from the park's Estates Manager Michael Charlton to learn about the park's more recent history as it has been transformed from a working quarry to a popular Country Park and Nature Reserve. The tour will include a close look at the recently planted Queen's Wood and an opportunity to learn about the exciting new plans to restore more areas of wood pasture and parkland across the Estate.

The tour will last approximately one hour and will involve sitting on a bench seat on pedestrian tractor trailer (the trailer will have a small set of steps to reach it).

Suitable for adults and children (must be accompanied).

This event is part of the Heritage Open Days scheme weekend at Panshanger Park. Please do take some time during your visit to have a look in the stables and the other activities going on during this event.
