About the event

Learn about the traditional woodland management technique of coppicing and have a go yourself!

We ask that you wear stout footwear (ideally steel toecaps) or wellingtons, waterproofs and appropriate layers for the weather. Please wear clothes you don't mind getting scruffy! We will have a break half way through the session so please bring a drink, snacks and hand sanitiser. We will provide tools, any necessary PPE, supervision and training. If you may need any medication or epi-pens during the session, please bring these with you.

Suitable for adults only (age 18 and over). 

Please be aware this event will on potentially muddy and uneven ground, and please ensure that you have a reasonable level of fitness to take part.
