Winter Wildfowl Workshop

Join our People and Wildlife Officer Josh to learn all about the wildfowl that call Stocker's Lake Nature Reserve home in the winter time. Learn how to identify waterbirds - ducks and geese. The workshop will start with a presentation at Mill End Hall, before heading out to Stocker's Lake for walk to use what you've learnt.
Suitable for beginners. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Please dress appropriately for the weather! There may be uneven muddy/wet ground, so wellies are advised. We expect the walk to be about 2-3 miles. This event is weather dependent and may need to be cancelled at short notice.
Affinity Water have funded this events and all management work for wildlife at Stocker's Lake.
